Philippians 3:14
An energetic free-hand style is used to convey the movement in this verse of pressing forward for Christ. The silhouette of a runner is added to give as a visual illustration. Since I love to run and desire to press forward for Christ, this verse is a great challenge for me.
Story Behind the Art
A wife at our church commissioned this for her husband when he finished his degree in coaching. This is one of his favorite verses and he was pleased to have it kept before his eyes as a constant reminding to press toward the high calling of God.
