Live in Such a Way

Live in Such a Way

This simple statement is lettered in the Chancery Cursive style. I enlarged the first phrase as the title, with extra swirls for emphasis. This is a call to shine for Christ before a needy world. Our actions speak louder than our words. Yes, we need to give words of truth, but if our lives contradict our words, those words are better not spoken. The Scriptures in the border around the outside support the legitamacy of this call.

  • Story Behind the Art

This piece was lettered for a sweet Christian lady (I believe her name is Julia Garst) that attended my home church when I was a young person. This was one of the earlier pieces that I have lettered and she was such a great encouragement to me to continue lettering God's Word. Take a minute to encourage a young person in serving the Lord. It will have a great influence for the Kingdom!
