Coincidence
This piece merges a quote with a Scripture verse as both are illustrated by the type of lettering. The letters in the word "coincidence" appear to have been grabbed from a bucket full of letters of different sizes, styles, and colors, and then thrown onto the paper. The word "anonymous" reminds me of how God worked in the book of Esther - unnamed and anonymous, but non-the-less very present and involved in working out the details. Romans 8:28 is woven between the lines with various colors also.
Behind the Art
This was commissioned by a medical doctor for a fellow doctor who had led the way in a unique type of care and seen the Lord work out many details as he sought to meet patients needs. It was presented to this innovative doctor at a special event recognizing his accomplishments.
