Hi! I’ve been in the same boat recently, and I found something that really made a difference. I used NextDoorDriving, which has an updated simulator for 2025 that’s modeled closely on the actual Kentucky DMV permit test. It includes 40 questions, and you need to get 32 right to pass - just like the real thing. Their ky permit practice test can be taken as many times as you want, and each attempt gives you a mix of questions so you’re not just memorizing answers. The format feels exactly like the real test, which really helped calm my nerves. I practiced a few sessions a day for a week, and when I sat down for the actual exam, it felt familiar and much less stressful. It’s hands down the most effective prep tool I’ve tried.
